Driver picked up my mother from MSP. They had a little trouble finding eachother but driver was persistent and managed to find her. She told be she had a great relaxing ride after a long flight. Excellent service!

We used Citywide to get to and from Minneapolis airport when attending an event in Princeton. It was easy to set up and easy to change when our original flight was cancelled and we had to rebook for a different day. Our drivers each way were prompt, courteous and safe drivers. The driver who picked us up texted a photo of his car and license plate, that made it easy to find him at the busy airport. We had a pleasant and stress free ride direct to our destination. This was so much better than the hassles of rental car lines, figuring out directions and driving on unfamiliar roads. I will use this service again on my next trip to MN.

I had a group of visitors traveling from many different countries. I was so pleased to have found this shuttle service to help everyone arrive at our country location! The communication was clear and timely. The driver connected with all the travelers via WhatsApp, which was incredibly helpful for everyone. The driver was not only accommodating and responsive, he was very friendly which put everyone at ease. Our requests about the service were answered promptly and helpfully. Our driver’s instructions made it very easy to find the car. He also went out of his way to make sure he had the right vehicle to accommodate a handicapped passenger. We will choose Citywide every time we are in the Minneapolis or Rochester, MN area from now on.

This was our first time in Minneapolis and we were greeted by our driver with a smile on time and ready to take us to our respected places. He was pleasant and told us a little bit about the city and suggested we check out the Mall of America if we had time. He was a professional delight!!. I don’t remember his name but I’m sure your records can verify who the driver was.

Appreciate our driver, Bill, waiting for our midnight arrival! He had water and snacks waiting which we really appreciated. We had traveled all day with a couple of issues so we were tired and hoping there wouldn’t be any on this last leg and there weren’t! Appreciate his promptness and communication! Highly recommend this company and will use in the future.

This service is a great way to travel from the Twin Cities Airport to Rochester or other destinations. Rather than paying and waiting for a connecting flight, try using this service. It may save you both time and money.

WOW!! I am thrilled to have found Citywide Shuttle today. They were the only place out of 5 that I called who were able to accommodate me. I couldn’t even get an Uber for the trip I was trying to make.

I called them about 1.5 hours ahead of needing a ride… from Rochester, MN to Elk River, MN!! Mark was awesome, and so is the team. It took them all of 10 minutes if that, to pull together a driver, book the reservation, get my payment info and give me the ETA of the pick up and drop off. The driver, Bill was awesome! He texted me to keep me updated, and was so kind and gracious.

Oh, and did I mention that they came in at a MUCH more accessible rate than anyone else I called?? So much so that I almost thought it was a mistake but it wasn’t.

I never leave reviews. I honestly don’t. Citywide Shuttle is KIND, FAST, PROFESSIONAL, AFFORDABLE, and ON TIME! If you or someone you know needs a ride, I highly recommend them! I am so pleased that I plan to set up rides for my mom through them… and we all know if Mom is happy, then it must be great!!

My daughter is a freshman at UWEC without a car. We live far away and she needed to get to/from MSP when we could not be there. I wanted reliable, safe transportation for her and Citywide did an excellent job! They were able to fit her flight schedule, were on time, great communication, and she had no problems. Definately recommend!

Have used Citywide in the past and will continue to do so. Had significant delays and re-routing on our return flight, Mark was always aware of changes and in contact with us. He was there to pick us up as soon as we left baggage claim, albeit several hours later than initially expected.
