It was so great not having to wait for a shuttle and for other people!! I’m not one to have to chit chat with a bunch of others after a long day of traveling so being the only passenger and not making any other stops was so refreshing! Definitely worth the little extra money vs the waiting, multiple stops and crowded vehicles of the bigger companies. Mark is a fantastic guy, easy to talk to or respects your “quiet time” out of about 20 trips using shuttle services, this was definitely the best. Great communication from start to finish. Great music too!! I’m a future customer for every time I fly home to visit!!

I found this shuttle service on the web and contacted them. Mark responded promptly with a competitive quote. The communication throughout was great, confirm day prior, 1 hour before pickup and at pickup. The drive was safe and enjoyable. I had bulky luggage and there was ample space. This service costs more than a shared shuttle, but it is a private car. My companion is disabled and Mark’s service was perfect. Mark waited curbside with our luggage while I went inside to get a porter. Payment was easy with the link that he sent me. I highly recommend this company and service.

I found this service on the web, needing a shuttle from Rochester to MSP. Mark responded promptly, quoted me a competitive price, and communicated with me to confirm the day prior, when he was 1 hour away from pickup, and arrival time. Easy payment through the link that he sent me. They are more expensive than a typical shuttle service, but this is a PRIVATE CAR. With Citywide Shuttle I had a bulky luggage item and several smaller pieces. There was lots of space for my luggage. Mark waited with my luggage while I went inside to get porter service. Mark is a hard working and honest driver – highly recommend! Very accommodating for my disabled companion. We never felt rushed.
