Upon a red eye flight arrival, he had texted before we landed to note he was ready when we are and when I had to use the restroom he was patient and kind to wait. Confirmation email of pickup time and location was sent a day ahead. Driver sent text on plane arrival, pickup was prompt. Driver was friendly and knew road to destination well.

Paid extra for luxury car, and a luxury Yukon SUV was sent. Would have preferred sedan; choice of which seems to be by Citywide.

Absolutely Worth Every Penny!!!!!

This is our second year using Citywide. It has been WONDERFUL! Drivers are polite, prompt and the cars are clean and well-maintained. We got picked up at our house at 2 am and picked up at the airport at 12:30 am when we returned home. Because of Citywide we don’t have to worry about shuttle run times, we can schedule flight times that work for us and not around a shuttle services hours. Citywide tracks our flights and if our flight is late, they know it and are there when we get in. We’ve raved about them so much, this year my cousin and sister in law both asked for contact information.

Picked up by Monte on time, in fact early. This was perfect as I had. Flight to catch out of MSP. Nice conversation along the way, good safe driving and arrived at the airport in enough time to settle in at my gate. I’ll most definitely use City Wide again, you should too.

Stress-free airport ride

We needed to get our whole family (16 people) to the airport early in the morning. Mark and his other driver communicated so well along the way, it was reassuring. When then arrived they helped so much with all the luggage, as well as helping my disabled husband into the vehicle. They even made sure he had wheelchair assistance.

A big family has many stressors, but the ride from Citywide was truly calming and so warm and professional.
