Service was first rate – car was waiting as we exited the cruise port and we were on our way to MSP with no delay. The driver, Jack, was personable and very competent and delivered us to MSP with no delay and in total comfort. Anyone cruising the Great Lakes stopping or originating in Duluth and looking for transport to/from MSP can not go wrong using this service.

I have used Mark and his company multiple times for the long ride from Minneapolis to Brainard . Mark is extremely professional. With the 2.5 hour drive and myself a business owner, mark respected my privacy of calls and without me even asking put on his headset to insure privacy. I travel more than most and will tell you that Citiwide is by far one of my favorite companies I have used.

Needed transportation for 7 people, including luggage, to and from MSP airport. Our initial trip was at 5:30 a.m. and Mark was right on time. Our return trip pickup was hectic due to a slow luggage pickup and road construction at the pickup point. Mark was punctual and patient thru the whole pickup process. I would definitely recommend Citywide for transportation and will use them again in the future.

Greetings, for my 2nd trip with City Wide, again I am so pleased with the set up with Mark to the ride with Montie to the Minneapolis airport. After using Citywide for our group of 6 I can’t think of anyone else I would rather use. I would expect a ride service to be on time, professional, and able to accommodate changes, but Citywide really goes the extra mile. When you book the service it is easy to do via email, text or speaking to someone. The cost is reasonable and the vehicle is clean and accommodates people and luggage very well. The thing that really sets Citywide apart is their attention to service and anticipation of needs. You get an email confirmation withe the details to make sure they have them right. You then get an email the night before with the details including the type of vehicle that will be arriving. You get a text about an hour out so you are always informed and reminding of what is coming. They also track your flight so they are on time even if the flight changes. You get an email and text on the return flight as well. For our trip, leaving for the airport was great and service was excellent. For the return trip we had the same but the airline threw us a curve. We missed our flight and had to re-book. Citywide was quick to accommodate the changes and it was so nice to have them there right when we got our bags. We used them because since there were 6 of us we didn’t know anyone with a big enough car to take us to the airport, and I am glad we did. I would use them again and recommend them for any of my future airport transportation needs.
