Home-Hotel pick up’ other than the MSP Airport
We will schedule a precise date and time to collect you from your residence, hotel, or workplace and transport you directly to the airport. Only stops you explicitly request will be made during your journey. Your ride is exclusively yours; it is not shared with any other passengers. We provide a private ride service.
MSP Airport Rides
If you’re heading to the airport, you’ll receive a text message 60 minutes before your scheduled pickup, informing you that your flight is on time and so are we.
If you’re being picked up from the airport, we’ll track your flight status and be waiting for you at the airport upon your arrival. From there, we’ll drive you directly to your destination. No longer will you have to endure a lengthy van ride with strangers after a four-hour flight, just to cover a 35-minute drive home.
With Citywide, You have options:
If your flight arrives ahead of schedule or experiences delays, our ride will be promptly available upon your arrival.
Upon retrieving your luggage from the baggage carousel, simply turn around and locate the nearest exit door. That’s where our pickup point will be, eliminating the need for you to haul your bags to another area of the airport in search of your ride.
A confirmation email will be sent to you the day before your scheduled pickup to ensure everything is in order. If you haven’t received this email, please contact us via email, text, or phone to ensure there were no issues with your reservation.
For additional stops beyond the initial one for picking up family members, there will be an extra fee of $10.00 per stop, provided they are within the same vicinity or along the route.
Children and infants are subject to the same fares as adults, while pets ride at no additional cost.
If you require booster seats or infant car seats, there is a rental fee of $10.00 per seat. Alternatively, if you bring your own, we will store it for you free of charge until your return ride.
Pets are happily accommodated at no extra cost. You are not required to cage or restrain them during the ride; however, please note that you are responsible for any liability or cleanup charges, including loss of revenue if the vehicle requires professional cleaning.
Citywide provides service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, our phone lines are only answered from 8am to 8pm every day, Monday through Sunday.
